Sunday evening we went to a beautiful park in McKinney with some wonderful friends (Nate and Laura and their munchkins) of ours. We let the kids explore and run around like crazy. We roasted hot dogs and made yummy s'mores. It was a lot of fun.
All the pictures are complements to our friend Nate, he is a professional wedding photographer. Thanks Nate for capturing wonderful memories!

Memorial Day, honoring a Veteran!
I am honoring my twin brother Rusty this Memorial Day. Rusty will be returning from Afghanistan tomorrow evening, which we are praising God for protecting him. Rusty has faithfully served our country for nearly 21 years and has served now in combat 41/2 years. He will be returning home just in time for several special milestones. He will be home the evening of his wedding Anniversary. Five days after that his oldest daughter Tori will graduate from high school. Then June 6, he will be promoted to Warren Officer 4. I will attach several pictures honoring Rusty this Memorial day. Welcome home Brother!!!! We love and miss you!

Unexpected Weather
Last Friday night an unexpected 15 minute wind storm blew through our neighborhood, which blew several trees down in our back yard and our neighbors yard. It also destroyed more then half of our wooden fence. Thankfully Richie's second family (his brothers from the Fire Department) stepped up to help with the clean up. A few of them will be helping to put our new fence up. We are praising God for growing us through the unexpected situations we face.
